Corrections Policy

The quickest way is to report a problem through our contact form, or email us at team@i2uedubridge.co.uk.

To help us check and fix an issue quickly, please include where you can:

• The page address (URL) where you saw the information.
• What specifically is wrong or out of date.
• What you believe the correct information is, and — if possible — a link to the official source (for example the university or employer page).
• The date you saw it.

We review each report and, where we can, check the claim against the original or official source. If the information is wrong or out of date, we correct or remove it. If we cannot verify a change, we may leave the information unchanged and explain why, or ask the relevant provider to confirm.

Reports about scams, safety risks or harmful content are treated as a priority and handled ahead of routine corrections. If you believe content puts someone at risk, please say so clearly in your report.

Much of Abrodio’s university, course and job information comes from external providers (see our Information Sources and Data Policy). Some inaccuracies originate at the source and are corrected when the provider updates their information or when our data is next refreshed. Where a correction depends on an upstream provider, we will say so.

Reports about user posts and replies in the Community are handled under our Community Guidelines rather than this policy, using the in-app reporting tools.

We take corrections seriously and aim to act on valid reports promptly. We do not promise a fixed response time, because the time to verify a correction depends on the source. We will not ignore a credible report of inaccurate or harmful information.
